A smart home is actually a general name / expression that describes a large number of "smart" systems within one house, that are combined together to create a smart experience while fully integrating the various types of systems.

Smart electrical system

Smart electricity, just by the simple fact that it’s computerized, embodies tremendous advantages within it that include ease of operation, power saving, complete control at the touch of a button – for any action or scenario, whether local (from home) or external (like in a car on your way home).

The various electricity consumers in the house, such as light bulbs, shutters, curtains, boilers, air conditioners and for the spoiled ones among us even steam diffusers and towel warmers – are in fact connected directly to the smart electrical system! The system allows full control over them through switches scattered throughout the home or through tablets and smartphones control.
In contrast to the “stupid” electrical system in which each consumer can be turned on only through a dedicated button, the smart electricity system allows each consumer to be turned on from any touch button / screen at home and outside.

It is very common to encounter customers who after the period of adjustment and familiarity with their new house or apartment, decide that they are very interested in controlling a particular bulb from other places, such as next to a bed breaker, but are unable to do so. On the other hand, the same request from those who have a smart electrical system – is not only possible but will take a just few minutes of programming to do.

What is a smart scenario

A smart scenario is a combination of commands, programmed together for one specific purpose that the customer can define to his wills (in our guidance of course). For example, lowering the shutters throughout the house in a specific hour. Another example is hosting scenarios (scenarios that change the house to hosting mode according to your decision at the by the click of a button). A common hosting scenario is dimming lights by using dimmers in some parts of the house and leaving lighting on in other parts.

What is a scheduled scenario

Your smart electrical system is connected to an astronomical clock, which automatically “knows” the time of sunset and sunrise every day for the coming years. With this clock, you can easily set an automatic smart scenario (without any intervention on your end) for lowering the shutters just before sunrise or raising them if you feel like waking up with the sun. With smart scenarios, the only limitation is your imagination.

Choosing smart circuit breakers and their benefits

In a time where design, user experience and minimalism play an important role – smart switches have a real advantage. No more endless switches that take up a large chunk of your beautiful wall! Smart switches take up very little space compared to “stupid” switches. You can, for example, install in one round box, which contains a single “stupid” switch, 16 smart buttons using a smart touch screen that allows scrolling. For those of you who prefer to keep it simple, you can get up to 8 smart buttons instead of 3 “stupid” switches in a 3-gang gewis box. In addition, looking to the future, switches companies are investing their full resources in the design and development of smart switches rather than the “stupid” ones.

Audio and video system

Audio-video systems are an integral part of your smart home. It includes everything related to sound and image such as TV screens, projectors and projection screens (for a living space, balcony, garden or dedicated home theater room), speakers as part of a home theater system, multi-regional speakers in various living spaces (including balcony or garden) And finally, the uprising trend of All House Audio, in which customers want to have a pleasant background experience of music throughout the whole house.

Computer network communication system

With the endless “broadband” consumption and endless streaming services (Netflix, Apple and other platforms), there is a clear demand and need for fast, stable and no cutoffs Internet network throughout the house. This requirement of course also includes an uncompromising and fast wireless network (WI-FI), without delays or standby, because… who doesn’t use WI-FI? The network is also the one that will determine the stability of your smart home and therefore it should be top notch.

Security system and low voltage

This system is a general name for a computerized telephony system (which is not very popular now days), security cameras, alarms and intercom (which are required on a large scale and in most homes on the market today). You can easily, fully integrate these systems into the smart electrical system. For example – when the alarm is activated, we can plan a scenario of turning on the lights throughout the house in order to create a greater deterrent effect.
